American Iron Beds backs every bed we make with a Lifetime Structural Warranty covering frame integrity, welds, joints, and load-bearing components for the original purchaser, for the lifetime of the bed.

What's covered

Structural defects in materials and workmanship, including frame integrity, welds, and joints.

What's not covered

Finish wear from normal use, damage from misuse or improper assembly, modifications by third parties, and normal cosmetic patina from hand-applied finishes (which is a feature of our finishes, not a defect).

How to file a claim

Email Info@AmericanIronBeds.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We respond within 2 business days.
