American Iron Beds backs every bed we sell with a Lifetime Structural Warranty covering frame integrity, welds, joints, and load-bearing components for the original purchaser, for the lifetime of the bed.

What's covered

Structural defects in materials and workmanship, including frame integrity, welds, joints, and load-bearing components.

What's not covered

Finish wear from normal use, damage from misuse or improper assembly, modifications by third parties, and normal cosmetic patina from hand-applied finishes (which is a feature of our finishes, not a defect).

How to file a claim

Email Info@AmericanIronBeds.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

Claim review & resolution

We review and respond to warranty claims within 1–2 business days. If a claim is approved, resolution is by repair, replacement, or refund; because replacement parts and frames are made to order, completing a repair or replacement typically takes 3–6 weeks.

Pre-acquisition warranties

MPBW Holdings LLC honors the Lifetime Structural Warranty for the original purchaser on American Iron Beds frames purchased before the January 2026 acquisition. For designs still in our current collection, we will repair or replace covered structural components per our warranty. For discontinued designs, an exact replacement may no longer be available; in those cases we will repair or replace where possible.
