Track Your Order
Every American Iron Beds piece is made to order, so your order moves through a few clear stages from purchase to delivery. Here’s exactly what to expect and how to follow your order at each step.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number and a summary of your items. This confirms your order has entered our production queue.
In Production
Your bed is handcrafted to order, so production time depends on the collection: 6–8 weeks for American Classics and Dream Gallery, and 10–14 weeks for Iron Art and North Haven Traditions. The lead time for your specific bed is shown on its product page. We’ll email you when production is complete and your order is ready to ship. After production, allow 1–2 weeks for transit before delivery.
Delivery Scheduling
Once your order ships, our freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment, typically within a 3–4 hour window. (This matches the process described on our Shipping Policy page.)
Tracking & Shipping Details
When your order ships, we’ll send tracking and carrier-scheduling details to the email on your order so you can follow it through to delivery.
