Customer agrees to be fully responsible for the obligations of sales tax in the state listed in shipping address.

At AIB, our items are made-to-order, as such our return policy is as follows:

• No returns will be accepted without prior approval from A I B.
• Return requests for any reason other than manufacturing defects or shipping damage are accepted at the discretion of A I B and will be subject to shipping charges and a 50% restocking fee.
• Hand applied finish variations are not considered a manufacturer's defect.
• Design/height variations due to size differences are not considered a manufacturer's defect.
• Dream Gallery Collection and Custom Orders are non-refundable.
• Prior to order placement, Customer is responsible for determining that elevators, stairways, ceiling clearance, hallways, and doorways can accommodate item(s) purchased.
• After 72 hours of placing an order, cancellation requests may be accepted at the discretion of A I B and are subject to a 40% restocking fee.

Our shipping policy is as follows:

• Once your order ships, cancellation requests are non-refundable.
• Shipping information will be emailed to you and the delivering carrier will call you to schedule an appointment.
• Typically, you'll be given a 3-4 hour window of time in which a responsible adult must be present to accept delivery.
• First Threshold Delivery in your home or garage and White Glove Delivery, which includes set up in the room of choice, are available for a fee.
• For White Glove Delivery, Customer is responsible for ensuring a clear space and path for delivery team to assemble furniture. Delivery Team will not assemble furniture if room is not clear or easily accessible. Please contain all pets away from delivery team to ensure safety for all parties.

Our damage policy is as follows:

• Orders damaged during shipping, which are properly documented, will be replaced at no charge.
• For First Threshold deliveries, inspect boxes thoroughly before signing off, noting ANY dented corners, tears or punctures on the carrier's bill of lading.
• A I B is not responsible for damaged items that have been signed for without noting damage at time of delivery.
• Orders that arrive with visible damage to the item, inside the packaging, should be rejected.
