Panel Iron Beds
Panel iron beds have a decorative headboard and footboard, in styles from ornate, antique-inspired castings to clean modern lines. This is our largest category, spanning every collection.
Four Poster Iron Beds
Four poster iron beds have tall corner posts that rise above the headboard and footboard, giving the bed real presence without an overhead canopy frame. Designs range from the simple Brighton to the ornate Amiens Abbey.
Iron Platform Beds

Iron beds are bed frames made from steel tubing, solid iron rod and cast metal. Ours are handcrafted to order in Los Angeles by our partner workshops: each headboard and footboard is welded as one piece, and molten metal is hand-poured around the weld joints to reinforce them. They come in traditional, ornate, modern, canopy, four poster, platform and daybed styles, in every standard US mattress size.
Every bed in our collection is handcrafted to order in Los Angeles by the partner workshops we work with. The frames are thick-walled steel tubing, the spindles and decorative bars are solid iron rod, and each headboard and footboard is welded as one piece. Molten metal is then hand-poured around the weld joints. These castings reinforce the joints and form the decorative detail, and each one is hand-filed. Finishes are applied by hand, so color and patina vary slightly from bed to bed.
