Preparing for Delivery
Before Delivery Day:

- •Clear the area where furniture will be placed
- •Arrange for authorized individual to be home during delivery
On Delivery Day:
- •Experienced furniture delivery professionals will deliver your items
- •Inspect all items thoroughly before signing delivery receipt
- •Note any damage on carrier's bill of lading before signing
Important
Orders damaged during shipping that are properly documented will be replaced at no charge. AIB is not responsible for damaged items signed for without noting damage at time of delivery. Reject orders with obvious damage (dents, bends, broken welds).
Reporting Damage: Fill out the below form or call AIB at (800) 378-1742 within 48 hours of delivery to report any damaged items.
