"I wanted to send you this quick email to let you know we received our bed yesterday and totally love it! Our freight deliverer was so nice and helped me bring the boxes to my porch. I surprisingly was able to carry the boxes inside and set the frame up myself. Attaching the foot and head board took two of us but regardless...very simple! - •Arrange for authorized individual to be home during delivery
On Delivery Day:
- •Experienced furniture delivery professionals will deliver your items
- •Inspect all items thoroughly before signing delivery receipt
- •Note any damage on carrier's bill of lading before signing
Important
Orders damaged during shipping that are properly documented will be replaced at no charge. AIB is not responsible for damaged items signed for without noting damage at time of delivery. Reject orders with obvious damage (dents, bends, broken welds).
